Big Brother Africa Amplified winner, Karen Igho has said she will soon visit victims of the recent floods which ravaged some parts of the Delta State of Nigeria.
Floods ravaged several communities in the Delta State last month leading to severe destruction with some 7,000 persons and the traditional ruler in Ndokwa area of State drowning in the floods.
The Nigerian government and other outfits have donated to ameliorate the situation and the 2011 Big Brother Africa winner said she will visit the area soon to lend her support.
She tweeted Wednesday that she “will be going to delta state to soon give my support to the flood victims.”
She however did not give details of donation but stated that: “you also [can help] with anything you have and God will bless you.”
Karen and Zimbabwean housemate, Wendall emerged winners of the Big Brother Africa Amplified reality show last year.
The two walked away with US$200,000 each, the first time the reality show announced two winners for the show.
It really is great to see celebrities doing their bit yo help in the crisis. God bless you Karen!
