On 15th November 2012, I went out to vote. When I got to my polling centre (which is a primary school) I saw something that really got me thinking…
While I was placing my vote (in the local primary school) for the candidate I wanted to take on the role of West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner I spotted something in the corner of my eye. That something was a “Witches Cavern”.
How does all of this tie in to the title of this article?
Whenever God or the name Jesus is mentioned, Atheist’s and many other kinds of non-believers get enraged. As we saw, the Freedom From Religion Foundation sent Obama a letter following his re-election, asking him to reject the way “this country (USA) politicizes religion” by taking “So Help Me God” out of the Presidential oath.
All over the world, Schools are banning prayer, the reading of the Bible and in some cases even hymns while at the same time promoting, wizardry, witchcraft, vampire stories and much more.
Now of course whenever this topic is brought up or discussed, the common excuse is that “witches and vampires aren’t real… It’s all just a fantasy.” Now what’s interesting about this is that witches (in a lot of these stories) cast spells to control, manipulate and sometimes cause harm to people; or in other words promote what we’d call bad, cruel or wicked (whether you’re a Christian or not).
Where it gets more interesting is that in media, education and even politics, God is being kicked out, muzzled and restricted, but why? If “God isn’t real” and science can prove God’s inexistence, what’s all the fuss about?
Surely us Christian’s should be left to get on with it and enjoy our “fantasy.”
Do these people who are trying to eradicate Jesus in every area of society and culture really believe that“there is no God,” or actually quite the opposite?
In these last days when the world is becoming darker and consumed with evil, could it be that if we were to look somewhere at the top of these societies/organisations of unbelievers who are trying to eradicate faith we would actually find some believers in God (I AM)?
Have these organisations been set up to confuse the world and turn people away from God? Remember, the devil is a great deceiver and the father of all lies.
Is this part of the devil’s plan of action to engage in combat with God to win the world and take them to hell?
Could it be that because the devil knows that there is power in the name of Jesus that, this is the real reason why the use of Jesus’ name is being restricted and confined while the names of witches and warlocks freely find their place in our books and movies?
Could it be that the devil (who knows the Bible well) knows that “life and death are in the power of the tongue…” (Proverbs 18:21) and so wants to restrict the reading of the Word of God because God’s Word is truth and also Life and he (the devil) does not want the world to have the truth and be set free and liberated by God?
Could it be that while songs of praise are being taken off airwaves and out of school assemblies while songs promoting violence, sex and drugs get extensive airplay be because when we sing praises to God, He comes to enjoy our worship and “in His presence is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11) and the devil does not want us to have the joy of the Lord because that is our strength but rather have lust, drugs and murder because that path leads to destruction?
These are just questions that I pose but after taking a look at the world around me, I’m starting to wonder if a lot of these “unbelievers” believe and are trying to stop the mission of God or if sadly, they’ve simply just been deceived…
